Competition

- Two lifts: The Snatch ; The Clean & Jerk

- Three attempts in each lift.

- Score: total of the best lift in the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.

- Weight Categories will be announced after registration deadline.

Details

There will be 2 divisions A & B

- Division A minimum requirements for men: Snatch 95kg; C&J: 120kg

Call Room:

- Athletes should sign in to the call room at least 45min before their lift time.

- in the call room Athletes will be weighted and will be allowed to Warmup.

Warmup Pit:

- At least 25 min prior to the lift, the athlete will be called to the Warmup area and will have 20min to Warmup properly.

- In the Warmup area a coach will be on site for any assistance (no other personnel will be allowed in this area).

Lifting Pit:

- Three referees will be judging the lifts.

- Once called to the Lifting Pit, the athlete will have 1min to perform each lift and 2min rest in between.

Trophies for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each weight category
