The third edition of BARR's indoor cycling race: the adrenaline of an outdoor race brought indoors, in Room B. A virtual 20 km time trial where distance is calculated from power per kilo.

Indoor Cycling Coaching Workshop

4 & 5 November

A two-day workshop on how to coach and design an indoor cycling performance class. 18 CEUs, ISSA accredited.

Day 1: determinants of cycling performance, training zones, testing, periodization
Day 2: class design, coaching and communication, live practice
Instructors: Zaher El Hage (PhD Sports Science, UCI Master Trainer, 4× national road champion) and Rachid Idriss (founder of BARR, USA Triathlon L1, USA Cycling L3)

A knock-out tournament for 12 teams of two, one man and one woman, drawn against each other with a new workout every round.

Round 1: 100 burpees, inverted rows, med-ball sit-ups and air squats while the partner holds
Quarter finals: 5 × 2-minute rounds of bike calories and max-rep front squats

Lebanese Outdoors Film Festival

BARR sponsored the second edition of LOFF, the first outdoor sports film festival in Lebanon and the Arab world. At the BARR stand, visitors tested the highest power they could hold for 10 seconds.
